Driver / Cook

The Penrith Chippie Group consists of Angel Lane Chippie, Sandgate Chippie and 2 mobile fish and chip vans based in Penrith. We are a family owned and operated business and our entire business is built around a professional, happy and productive team.

We are are looking for a person with a driving licence & driving experience who is up for a job that involves taking our mobile fish and chip van out 2/3 evenings a week around villages, events and weddings etc. The job would also involve some shifts in one of our busy shops. This is a role with variety.

Our passion for quality and service has led us to expend and get that busy we are looking to grow our amazing team & keep us as one of the best in the UK.

You would learn how to do everything across the day to day workings of the business, this includes frying, preparing food, packing, serving customers and all food safety related tasks. Your main role would be to be the cook/frier for the shift producing some of the Uk's best fish and chip fayre but to also be an allrounder with no fear of a challenge.

Someone with a full Uk driving licence for at least 5 years would be an advantage.

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 35 per week
