Service Desk Analyst

A great opportunity to work with one of the world's leading media, digital and communications networking brands.
The team operate at a 1st line Help Desk level primarily dealing with inbound calls and support tickets. Key responsibilities include:
- Champion and drive the use of ITIL processes
- Handle detected incidents, record details covering symptoms and diagnostics.
- Support both positive and negative customer satisfaction results, providing our customers with a timely response
- Respond to requests for assistance by providing information to enable callers to solve simple and routine issues
- Maintains accurate log entries of contact with resolution details and follow-up information
Experience working with Active Directory, ServiceNow, ServiceDesk, Windows and Office 365 is required.
Although based in Manchester, the role follows a hybrid working model, giving you the flexibility to work from home where necessary. Working in a large organisation, you can also progress to L1 and beyond should you wish.
