**IT Service Desk Analyst**

**Are you an IT Service Desk Analyst looking for a new challenge?**

We are currently working with a leading global law firm based in Manchester who are seeking a highly motivated service desk analyst to join their team. You will be responsible for providing 1st line support for all technology systems alongside AV/meetingroom support.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Office 365
- Microsoft Teams
- Windows 10
- Active Directory
- Exchange
- iManage

**Your skills**:

- A minimum of 1 years’ IT service desk experience within a legal or professional services organisation.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, with a demonstrable knowledge of hardware such as laptops and mobiles.
- Excellent communication skills and a good understanding of working in a high pressure environment.
