The Digital Artworker (known internally as Online Advisor - Design) will work on the creative challenges of key Morrisons digital initiatives within our dynamic and fast-paced Online Department. You’ll have a good understanding of e-Commerce creative and be eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting to the Online Trade Plan Manager, you’ll work with stakeholders across the Morrisons Online business that specialise in sales-driving campaigns, events, marketing material and supplier funded content to create compelling and engaging online content across a variety of websites, devices and apps.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract, however many of our permanent colleagues joined us on FTCs - we have a wide range of great opportunities at any time.
**Some of your responsibilities will include**:
Designing online content across both of our groceries platforms to drive inspiration, ease navigation and inform the customer in their purchase decision.
Co-ordinating and designing supplier funded content in accordance with Morrisons and third party brand guidelines.
Ensuring creative output is delivered on time and to brief, while consistency with other Morrisons channels of communication is maintained.
Driving optimisations and improvements to the online customer experience by reacting to feedback and insight from customers.
Communicating with cross-functional departments, key stakeholders, partners and suppliers about content you have personally created
This is a hybrid role operating over a four day working week*. This role is based at our fantastic head office in Bradford. Boasting an on-site restaurant, coffee shop, convenience and sample store, prayer room, free parking and regular company-wide events and promotions. Ideally, applicants will live within a reasonable distance of our office.
