**The Role**:
This role is a massively important part within the contact centre, it allows us to receive feedback directly from our customers to help us improve each of their journeys. This role is ideal for an individual with a background in handling customer complaints and feedback. This will be a temp-perm role over an 8 week period.

Hours: 40 Hour per Week

Days: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30

Position: Office based role

Location: Birmingham Business Park

**Salary**: £23,960

**To be successful within this role you will need to**:
You will need good literacy skills

Customer service experience

Ability to work in a High Paced Environment
