Job Description**
Job Title**: Retail Registration Administrator

**Job Type**:Permanent
**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 08:30am - 17:00pm
**Job Location**:Cramlington
**Salary**: £18,000

As a Retail Registration Administrator, you’ll be responsible for coordinating shopping lists from retailers to shoppers. You will also receive and register samples on to the LIMS system in an accurate and timely manner. This position requires you have have a full clean driving license and access to your own vehicle.
**Key Accountabilities;**
- Accurately follow standard operating procedures for the registration and storage of samples
- Accurately photograph samples and file and present photos ready for customer reports
Work with internal and external teams on coordination of logistics and collections
- Where required provide cover and support to the retail team.

Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to demonstrate the following;**
- Experience of working in a fast-paced administrative environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Competent user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work methodically with strong organisation skills
- English Language and Mathematics GCSE Level or equivalent (grades A* to C)
- Full driving license and access to their own vehicle
