**Global Insight Conferences, a market-leading conference, and exhibitions company, is on the hunt for an excellent Operations Administrator.**

Global Insight Conferences produces high-quality one-day, bespoke business conferences, both live and virtual, in the UK and abroad.
- **Personal Specification**_
- Minimum grade B/6 in Maths and English Language at GCSE (or the equivalent IB). Strong A Levels.
- 6 months+ minimum in work from Education exit.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Job Specification**_
- Project managing and administration (planning, operations, logistics) of all physical and virtual events, both in the UK and abroad.
- Manage event logistics: suppliers, venues and all things operational from day one of the event.
- Managing budgets and accounts, chasing payments and paying invoices.
- Researching new venues.
- Maintain strong client communications and relationship building.
- Using excellent customer service and liaison for all incoming queries and requests.
- Sourcing new suppliers and cost-effective solutions.
- Post-event customer communications and account management.
