**About the role**

We’re excited to be looking for a** Quality Assurance Administrator**to join our External Quality Assurance team.

**How you’ll make an impact**:

- Embedding NCFE values and behaviours through teamwork, problem solving, and continuous improvement
- Co-ordinating team activities including scheduling meetings, appointments, customer visits and co-ordinating training and events
- Maintaining accurate records (eg CRM, RAID logs etc), generating reports and completing QA checks on assessment records
- Supporting the team through monitoring team mailboxes and work allocation
- Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with customers and other teams across NCFE

**We’d love to hear from you if you offer the following**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written including excellent grammar and spelling
- Proven data entry skills
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills and the ability to maintain a high standard of accuracy
- Ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks, events and diaries, so experience of working in a busy administrative role is essential
