That's why we have significantly increased our rates of pay to **£13 - £16 PLUS paid travel and waiting time**. At Home Instead care is personal. You will be able to work for at least **6 hour shifts** so you will have the time to make a real difference to her life and it will allow you to provide compassionate, relationship-led support from the heart. Your would provide assistance in the clients daily routine, from helping the client get up and washed and dressed, to cooking meals and support with medication and helping her to get out within the community.
