Administration Assistant - Stafford Eating Disorders

We are seeking an enthusiastic Administrator to join our dedicated multi-disciplinary Community Adult Eating Disorder Team, to provide administrator support for the intensive community service.
The service offers the latest in evidence based NICE compliant psychological interventions to clients and their families with an Eating Disorder, we offer a specialist assessment and treatment for service users over the age of eighteen.
We are seeking an individual with the relevant NHS experience to work as part of a busy multi-professional team and be innovative in their approach to supporting the clinical team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
To provide admin support to the Eating Disorders service who deliver care to both inpatients and outpatients.
You will be working within a mental health setting and required to provide administrative support to the team secretaries, Community Out-patients teams, Stafford, and Shropshire, the Kinver In Patient ward and day services.
**The main key skills and experience we require are as follows**:
- Relevant experience of working in an office / patient focused environment.
- Relevant experience of undertaking office procedures with mínimal supervision.
- Working with the public/experience of customer service.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Booking clinical appointments, scanning, formatting letters and ad-hoc duties.
- Possess a flexible approach and excellent organisational skills.
- Manage and maintain an efficient administrative system on behalf of others.
