**Role**: Night Shift Supervisor

**Working Hours**:

- Night Shift
- Monday to Friday
- 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

**Salary**: Grade 1 £14.49 per hour

As a Night Shift Supervisor you will be involved with all aspects of production operations as well as overall supervision of the designated night shift team. You will be involved in all hands on production whilst ensuring operational targets are met and improved upon along with maintaining standards relating to food safety, health and safety, quality and general company procedures. Tasks can include carrying out production operations to ensure the smooth running of the night shift which could involve bakery activities such as making mixes or cutting out, helping with the decorating robot, sugarpasting, packing our product range, completion of appropriate paperwork or any other production duties as necessary.

**Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal, written and numeracy skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Good interpersonal and listening skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships, proven people skills with the confidence to challenge others as necesssary
- Good attention to detail with the ability to work to set targets and deadlines
- Self motivated and the ability to work on own initiative
- Computer literate
- Previous experience in working within food production and in a supervisory role is preferred
