**Job Title**: Integrations Support Coordinator
**Location**: UK-wide (frequent travel with overnights required)
**Reports To**: Integrations Manager
**Salary**: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum DOE with company car

Role Responsibilities:
**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Support the Integrations Manager** in planning and executing new nursery openings across the UK.
- ** Manage stakeholder relationships**, coordinating between departments such as HR, Operations, IT, Facilities, and Finance.
- ** Work on-site with suppliers**, oversee deliveries, and assist in **unpacking and setting up nurseries**.
- ** Chair project meetings**, track progress, and ensure milestones are met.
- ** Report on project progress**, identifying risks and implementing solutions.
- ** Ensure compliance** with all regulatory requirements during the integration process.
- ** Support IT setup** within new centres, ensuring systems are fully operational.
- ** Problem-solve on-site**, ensuring that issues are addressed quickly and efficiently.
- ** Maintain detailed project documentation** to ensure seamless integration of new centres.
Required Qualifications:
**Key Skills & Experience**
- ** Proven project management experience**, preferably in a multi-site operational role.
- ** Excellent organisational skills** with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- ** Exceptional attention to detail** and problem-solving abilities.
- ** Strong stakeholder management skills**, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams.
- ** IT proficiency**, including experience with project management tools and business systems.
- ** Excellent communication skills**, both written and verbal.
- ** Critical thinker** who can assess situations and implement practical solutions.
- ** Flexibility to travel extensively across the UK** and work on-site/overnights as required.
- ** Early Years experience is desirable** but not essential.
