As the Service Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure the efficient and effective scheduling of Field Service Engineers, enabling timely response to planned service visits and emergency call-outs. The Service Delivery Coordinator acts as the central point of coordination between customers, engineers, and internal teams to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Booking and planning service tasks Managing live service tasks from start to finish Confirming service visits with customers Liaising with customers and engineers daily Planning scheduled services and coordinating with supply chain Organising follow-up visits Handling incoming communications professionally Managing service and breakdown queries Reviewing previous days work and engineer feedback Producing customer reports and updating portals Identifying opportunities to enhance customer relationships Achieving KPIs set by the Service Delivery Team Leader Supporting team operations and completing admin tasks (e.g., test certificates) Conducting risk assessments Skills And Experience Experience of working to strict SLAs & KPIs Excellent customer service skills Good attention to detail including a high level of accuracy. Ability to prioritise effectively.
