**Job role**
- Working in a fast-paced environment, delivering food and drinks to the table, cleaning tables
- Ensuring that all guests experience an outstanding level of service throughout their stay
- Ensuring that every guest experiences a safe visit, exceeding all expectations surrounding cleanliness
- Engage, build, and develop relationships with guests, assessing their needs and flexing style and approach appropriately
- Being attentive to all guests and looking for opportunities to up-sell and make recommendations to enhance their experience
- Responding promptly to guest complaints and finding ways to turnaround any negative feedback
- Keeping up to date with hotel facilities, promotions, and the local market area, to be able to effectively assist guests

**What we are looking for in a F&B Team member**
- Flexibility in terms of hours and shifts - starting times could be 6am/6:30am/7am
- and working during the weekends would be required
- Customer service abilities and confidence
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience is desirable, but not essential
- Great communication skills
- Attention to details and attentiveness to the guests needs
- Ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines
- Confident and outgoing personality
- Hard-working
- Ability to work as part of a team

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: From £9.80 per hour
