**About the Role**:
As a **Healthcare Assistant** at iCare Living, you will support individuals with **complex care needs** and help them lead fulfilling lives. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing high-quality personal care and support.
- Assisting with daily activities to promote independence.
- Managing challenging behaviours with patience and professionalism.
- Working closely with the care team to follow and implement care plans.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience with challenging behaviour** preferred but not essential.
- A caring, compassionate nature and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Male or female applicants welcome.
- **Non-driver applicants accepted** - we value the right attitude and care experience over driving abilities.
