**Housekeeper / Room Attendant**

Our Housekeeper is responsible for performing housekeeping functions and making sure public areas clean, kept in order to create a safe, secure, and inviting environment for residents, families and team members while meeting and exceeding quality service standards.
- Responsible for performing general housekeeping duties in guest rooms, public areas and support areas as assigned while meeting or exceeding quality standards;
- Responsible for linen counts, placing new linen deliveries neatly in the shelves, taking out used linen as per company standard;
- This role requires communication with the Front Desk on a regular and timely manner, updating clean rooms, making sure any guest special request noted and prepared in the guest rooms for example to prepare a sofa bed, decorations for special occasion;
- Adherence to safety rules and regulations it’s a must for the role, not obstructing fire doors, making sure it’s enough space in the corridors for the guest to walk freely;
- By the end of each days shift to make sure that the trolleys are restock and staff, private and public areas kept neat and tidy;
- Actively participates as a member of a team and committed to working toward team goals;

**Qualifications**:

- Able to provide housekeeping service in a resident centred environment, which meet or exceed our quality standards, must have an eye to even a smallest details;
- Ability to handle multiple priorities at the same time;
- Basic English written and verbal skills for effective communication required;
- Competent in organizational, time management skills;
- Ability to work semi-independently without direct supervision by following all company procedures and guidelines and having the ability to follow through on assigned tasks, and demonstrates initiative;

**Salary**: From £19,760.00 per year
