We are looking for proactive and driven **Housekeeping Supervisor** to join our Team.

**What you’ll do**
- Support the Housekeeping team in training, supporting and motivating the housekeeping team and ensure we maintain high standards of excellence
- Assisting with the development of a proactive relationship with the Front of house team and ensuring all rooms are cleaned in conjunction with guests check in/out
- Maintaining consistently high standards of cleanliness in the bedrooms and assigned public areas, ensuring staff are all polite, courteous and look after guests needs
- Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and takes corrective action and report to the Housekeeping management.

- 1 year experience in a similar role
- Friendly, approachable, and with a positive attitude at all times
- Passionate about offering personal and caring customer service that will make guests come back for you
- Organized and proactive with a keen eye for detail
