Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a dedicated team, where there is continual change? Are you a customer focused, people orientated individual, who works well with all personality types? If so, the Operations Planner/Forwarder position based in Dover may be perfect for you.

Working Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 16:00, this is a wonderful opportunity to join a lively team working in the heart of logistics. Being able to work well with all, you will be taking on and selling work to third party hauliers, as well as offering jobs to your own fleet. Your main role will involve liaising with clients, dealing with orders, any delays and other problems that may arise, all whilst providing first class customer service.

Having had experience in logistics, you will generally be assisting the planning department and following up for updates on collections and deliveries. Understanding business needs, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationship to ensure repeat business and an increase in workload.
