We are recruiting for an office based Customer Adviser to join our team based in East Lancashire
We have an exciting opportunity to join our successful and expanding customer driven team in Accrington.
As a Customer Adviser, you will have a natural flair for customer service, building key relationships, resolving queries and general administration duties.
**Salary**: Competitive salary with fantastic company benefits including:

**Hours**: 9am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday
**Role includes but is not limited to the following**:
- Working as part of a team to support clients with their orders, deliveries, queries and sending out samples
- This is a busy role with an upbeat, positive and professional environment. This is not a call centre; it is working for a business that prides itself on providing excellent and efficient service
- Query resolution - building relationships with customers and suppliers
- Building an excellent rapport with customers delivering a 1st class service
- Will forward any non customer service calls to the relevant department
- Deal with technical information and queries
- Completing all relevant paperwork and administration
**Skills & Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- As a client facing role, a high standard of presentation is required
- Be polite, friendly and informative
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Friendly persona, good at building rapport with customers at all levels
On the odd occassion you will be required to pick up buffets and refreshments for which a **car owner/driver** is essential for the position
