***Job Description
**Job Title: Display Associate Director
Reports to: Display Group Account Director
Work Pattern: Hybrid Working

As the Display Associate Director, you will oversee market-leading delivery of media buying services and support the Display Director/ Group Trading Director and Business Management team in leading the agency and developing clients’ business

Clients: Three, RVU, TikTok
- You will oversee buying managers to deliver client audits and agency trading deals
- You'll ensure effective implementation
- best team practices and processes across all buying and campaign implementation.
- You will also have responsibility and contribute to the agency deal forecasting and pitching
- Team Leadership - give guidance to buying managers, build team morale
- Stay abreast of all market developments and filter knowledge to relevant members of the team
- Assist Group Trading Director in the evolution of the buying team and likewise will have the opportunity to grow and progress through to Director and ultimately become the Digital Lead

**Qualifications
**At Associate Director level, you will...
- Have expert knowledge of the digital market, actively sharing with team and wider agency to grow the clients business
- Possess in-depth knowledge of ad servers and the trafficking process.
- The ability to form strong relationships with Buying Teams across all disciplines
- Planning, Clients, Media Owners, Auditors, Head of Trading and MD
- Be confident in the creation of vision and strategy for our clients, and inspire others to work towards the end goal
