Occupational Health Clinical Lead (In House)

Package Details: £48,000 - £52,000 Per Annum + Excellent Company Benefits (Stated Below)

Contracted Hours: Permanent, 37.5 Hours Per Week (Monday to Friday - Flexible Working Hours)

Remit:
The Role:

- As the Occupational Health Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of the Occupational Health service by providing clinical oversight, standardised processes and training for occupational health clinicians. You will be accountable for the development of a professional and quality service, delivered by suitable qualified staff within a modern Occupational Health department.
- The Occupational Health Clinical Lead will have direct line management responsibility to a team of clinicians across two sites in South Wales and be responsible for ensuring consistency of service delivery across our sites through clinical supervision and governance.
- The Occupational Health Clinical Lead will work with multiple stakeholders in an industrial and complex environment. Providing support and advice to management & HR on clinical issues and delivering awareness training on health issues throughout the organisation.

**Requirements**:

- Registered Nurse qualification. (Must have valid NMC pin with no restrictions or conditions)
- Occupational Health qualification (Degree, Diploma or Certificate)
- Able to work as an independent & autonomous Occupational Health Clinical Lead.
- Experience of health surveillance and the creation of health surveillance programmes.
- A good team player who possesses effective communication & relationship building skills.
- A pro-active & motivated person who endeavours all types of challenges.
- A valid Full UK driving licence. (Essential)
