Clinic Manager – Renal Dialysis Unit We’re looking for an NMC Registered Renal trained Nurse to lead our dialysis unit, ensuring high‑quality patient care, efficient operations, and compliance with standards. What does the role involve? In a modern, multi‑disciplinary environment, you will champion best practice in patient management, recruit and support clinic staff, appraise performance, participate in budget planning, monitor supplies and maintain Quality Management Systems. You will also ensure the clinic is compliant with standards and performing effectively. We are looking for an NMC Registered Nurse with solid post‑registration experience, including significant exposure to haemodialysis and excellent administrative, organisational and clinical skills. You should have experience managing others, counselling patients, and understanding the Care Quality Commission. Key responsibilities Lead and manage a dialysis unit of 27 stations and up to 108 patients. Recruit, support and appraise clinic staff. Plan budget, monitor supplies and maintain Quality Management Systems. Ensure compliance with national standards and the Care Quality Commission. Coordinate services and maximise efficiency. Qualifications NMC Registered Nurse. Post‑registration experience in haemodialysis. Administrative, organisational and clinical skills. Experience managing others, counselling patients. Understanding of the Care Quality Commission requirements. Benefits We provide excellent training through an 8‑week Fundamental Dialysis Programme, CPD hours and career development.
