An award-winning office design and refurbishment company is seeking a Marketing & Communications Executive to join their Marketing team. This is the perfect role for a B2B Marketing or Communications Assistant looking to step up in their career. This rolewill report to the Head of Marketing and will be responsible for leading content management and production, liaising with external suppliers, and playing a pivotal role in the creation and delivery of lead generation campaigns and reporting.

**The Marketing and Communications Executive will**:

- Build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- The Marketing and Communications Executive will plan and deliver marketing strategy
- Work collaboratively with the wider marketing team to plan, create, develop, and optimise multi-channel content and
- Produce monthly marketing reports
- Be a brand ambassador and key advocate for the internal communications and employee advocacy strategy, leading on the content production and schedule for the intranet

**Required skills and experience**:

- 2 years multi-channel marketing experience
- Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent written communication and project management skills
- Able to multi-task and manage competing priorities/projects
- Design and build marketing experience (desirable but not essential)
