Role: Property Administrator 6 Month Contract (With the possibility to extend)

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the property managers and assist in the smooth running of the property management department.
- Provide a friendly and efficient customer service to clients, suppliers and colleagues.
- Dealing with Telephone Communications Answering the telephone for all incoming enquires and logging the call effectively on Qube.
- Handling simple enquiries or directing calls and logs to relevant staff as appropriate.
- Secretarial Scanning, filing logging and/or shredding correspondence and assisting Property

Managers in maintaining an organized, efficient and well presented office environment.
- Typing up letters, meeting minutes and site visit notes as and when required by Property

Managers.
- Running mail merges and distributing correspondence as directed by Property Managers.
- Great communications skills, both written and oral
