The Risk function provides advice and information to multiple business teams in the UK and several of the Sales and Marketing functions in other International offices. The ideal candidate would be a self‑motivated team player with several years experience in a similar role, not necessarily from marketing, client services or financial services. The candidate must be able to prioritise individual and team work loads and deliver high quality, accurate work to meet standards required by internal and external parties. Main Duties and Responsibilities Travel & event/roadshow planning and booking Collation and processing of traveller expenses Team coordination and administration – to include organising and booking meetings, circulating notes, managing internal administrative processes and other ad‑hoc requirements such as archiving, filing, courier bookings Dealing with visitors and guests Co‑ordinating and supporting the visits of key staff from other offices Co‑ordination between offices within the EMEA region Assisting in preparing presentation material –checking, formatting, printing, distribution General office support / admin activities Skills & Experience Attention to detail essential with excellent organisational ability Excellent people/communication skills Proficient in spoken and written English Strong with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Attributes Enthusiastic and motivated team player Willingness to take on responsibility and handle multiple ongoing tasks Highly flexible in working with and accommodating the needs of multiple stakeholders Nomura competencies Explore Insights & Vision Identify the underlying causes of problems faced by you or your team and define a clear vision and direction for the future.
