Job Description As Administrative Assistant, you will: Provide administrative support to the Head of Operations and CEO. Manage and organise schedules, appointments, and meetings. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls efficiently. Maintain accurate records and filing systems. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as required. Ensure the smooth running of daily office operations. Support the team with ad-­hoc administrative tasks. The Successful Applicant A successful Administrative Assistant should have: Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in office software and tools. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in both English and Mandarin. A detail‑oriented approach to work. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
