**The Role**

As **Depute Lead Practitioner**, you'll play a key leadership role, working alongside the Lead Practitioner to manage daily operations, support your team, and ensure children receive the highest standard of care. You'll be a hands-on leader, mentor, and role model who brings energy, creativity, and compassion to everything you do.

**What You’ll Bring**
- **Minimum SCQF Level 7 in Childhood Practice** (or working towards it)
- **2+ years in childcare**, including **1+ year in a leadership role**:

- Strong knowledge of childcare regulations and safeguarding practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A warm, enthusiastic, and solutions-focused attitude
- SSSC registration and PVG eligibility (we can assist if needed)
- Confidence in using IT systems and supporting change

**Working Hours**

Part-time with flexible scheduling
**Breakfast Clubs & After-School Care shifts** (exact hours to be discussed)
- No weekends_
