- Salary: £12.25 to £12.60 per hour_
- Hours: Full-time (22.5 hrs/week) & Part-time options available_

**Your Key Responsibilities**

**Safety & Supervision**
- Escort children safely and follow all safeguarding procedures
- Create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

**Activities & Engagement**
- Lead fun, inclusive indoor and outdoor activities
- Support children’s learning, independence, and well-being
- Prepare healthy snacks, considering dietary needs

**Teamwork & Development**
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to children’s development plans and journals
- Take part in team planning, training, and reflection

**What We’re Looking For**
A natural rapport with children and a nurturing, empathetic personality
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Commitment to a child-led approach and respecting children’s rights
Enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated individuals

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Ideally: SVQ Social Services (Children and Young People) Level 6, 7 or equivalent
- _Not qualified? No problem_ You must be willing to work towards a relevant qualification in line with SSSC registration requirements.
