We’re now looking for a Sales Administrator to join us, adding to our pool of knowledge and delivering great results for our clients.
**The Role**
As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing effective and professional support to new customers joining the business.
In this busy role, you will assist with service and invoice queries, providing accurate advice and information as well as overseeing the account management ticket board and allocating tickets.
Managing the customer database and order processing system, you will ensure data, documentation, processes and systems are kept up to date with correct information.
**About You**
To join us as a Sales Administrator, you will need:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Problem-solving skills
- The ability to innovate and work to deadlines
- The ability to work effectively independently and as a team player
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to multi-task
- A willingness to work on occasion outside normal working hours
This role will also include some office management duties.
