About the Role As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting new business development and enhancing existing client relationships. You’ll design bespoke technical solutions that align with client needs across modern IT systems and services—from on-premise hardware to Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and security technologies. Working hand-in-hand with our sales, engineering, and project teams, you’ll lead technical discoveries, create compelling scope of work documents, and act as a trusted advisor for clients. You’ll also contribute to the continuous improvement of our Solutions Consultancy function. What You’ll Be Doing Lead technical discovery sessions to assess client infrastructure and business needs. Design tailored IT solutions using Microsoft cloud services, networking, security, and more. Produce high-level architecture proposals and comprehensive scope documentation. Present and explain complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Support the transition from sales to delivery with clear, actionable documentation. Collaborate across departments to validate and refine proposed solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and help shape internal best practices. What You’ll Bring Experience in supporting or designing networks and IT systems in Microsoft environments. Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. Proven ability to design, plan, and document complex technical solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working within project deadlines and defined scopes. Strong understanding of advanced networking (e.g., routing, redundancy). Background in technical project delivery. Microsoft certifications such as Azure Administrator or M365 Expert.
