**We have an amazing opportunity for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant. To work alongside a lovely little girl in a Reception Class in a Primary School with a great reputation in L4, Liverpool.**
**To start: ASAP**
**Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm**
**Pay: £10.50 to £11.77**
**Location: Primary School in L4, Liverpool**
The little girl is pre-verbal, still in nappies and currently can’t walk or stand unaided. She has severe Learning needs and is functioning at that of a 6 month old. She will require support when eating. Experience within Early Years is desirable.
**Requirements**:
- Be qualified at NVQ Level 2/3 within Childcare
- Have relevant, recent experience within Early Years
- Experience of working 1:1 with pupils with SEN needs is essential
- Engage and support children in their learning through a variety of strategies, adjusting activities for the pupil they are working with to support learning styles and individual needs
- Feedback to teaching staff regarding progress and outcomes
- Have the ability to work constructively as part of a team
- Have a positive approach to managing behaviour
- Develop positive relationships with children, staff and parents to promote the progress and attainment of children
