SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant – Speke Area Location: Speke, LiverpoolStart Date: ASAPContract Type: Full-time, Term-time onlySalary: £13.75 - £14.50 per day (depending on experience) About the Role We are seeking a dedicated SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with additional needs in a welcoming primary school in the Speke area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a child’s educational journey by providing tailored support in and out of the classroom. Responsibilities Delivering personalised learning and care plans. Supporting social, emotional, and academic development. Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure progress. Encouraging independence and confidence in learning. Ideal Candidate Experienced in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly on a 1:1 basis. Patient, empathetic, and adaptable. Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff. Confident in managing behaviour and promoting inclusion. Holds relevant qualifications or has experience in a similar role (Level 2/3 TA or equivalent desirable).
