We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Volunteers to join our team. **Responsibilities**
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry and record keeping.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with visitors and addressing their inquiries.
- Support IT-related tasks, such as troubleshooting basic technical issues and assisting with equipment setup.
- Participate in community outreach programmes and events to promote our initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively with diverse groups of people.
- Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly.
