A care company in Oswaldtwistle are looking for a part time Finance Administrator to join their well established company at their head office on a temp-perm basis. The working hours and days would be Monday 10-4, Tuesday 1-5 and Friday 10 - 4 (16 Hours per week).

The Role:

- Working alongside the team to assist with all aspects of the weekly monitoring of client’s services & cancellations.
- The generating of the 4 weekly invoices
- Credit control with the local authority and private work
- Dealing with service users queries
- Taking payments over the phone
- Assisting the Finance Manager in the smooth running of a busy finance office
About you:

- The position requires you to be experienced in Excel this is essential, you must be able to complete an excel spreadsheet using varies formulas
- Some experience of working with Local Authorities in Domiciliary Care would be a benefit but not essential
- The Finance Department works to strict deadlines, you need to cope with and to work well under pressure
- It’s essential that you can work as part of a team or independently using your own initiative
