**Job Description**:
HR Coordinator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a HR Coordinator to join a leading charity based near Salisbury. This is a fully remote role, but you must be able to attend occasional meetings at their Salisbury office.
Responsibilities as a HR Coordinator:
- Provide HR advice to employees
- Keep up to date with the latest trends/ improvements in HR systems and processes
- Support line managers with recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Build and manage good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Collect, analyse and report on HR data
- Support the team with project work
- Support with Learning & Development
Requirments:
- Minimum of CIPD Level 3
- Excellent previous HR experience, to hit the ground running
- Experience using IRIS Cascade software is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Advanced Excel skills
- Available immediately
This position is an ongoing temporary position. Working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and fully remote. Offering a pay rate of £14 - £16.50 per hour depending on experience.
