**Full Time VIEWING REPRESENTATIVE / **INVENTORY CLERK **required for letting agency based in Merseyside.
- To accompany prospective tenants around empty and occupied properties on behalf of our Landlords.
- To provide a proactive approach to secure prospective lets. To use own car with suitable insurance cover. A prospective viewing clerk should make sure they have suitable insurance to cover for business use and be fully comprehensive.
- To carry out detailed mid-term Inspections on tenanted properties.
- To be able to carry out extra duties to suit the needs of our team as and when from time to time, including helping out in the office.
- This job requires a confident, reliable, adaptable and trustworthy person who interacts or converses well on meeting people from all walks of life and able to adapt accordingly to that individual/individuals. Attention to detail is essential for the Inventory/Inspection aspects of this role.
- The job requires handling a large use of keys for Landlords properties which must be kept safe and secure at all times.r.
- Full training will be provided
- Hours required:
**Full Time**

Tuesday: 9 am - 5.30 pm

Wednesday: 9 am - 5.30 pm

Thursday: 9 am - 5.30 pm

Friday: 9 am - 5.30 pm

Saturday - 9am - 4pm

**Salary: From £19k per annum. (depending on experience) plus fuel mileage and expenses**
