**Full Time VIEWING REPRESENTATIVE / INVENTORY CLERK **required for letting agency based in Merseyside.
- To work closely with our sales and auction teams, ensuring all referral leads are dealt with in a timely manner.
- To book and arrange market appraisals with landlords.
- To carry out detailed market analysis ahead of market appraisals, giving potential landlords confident in our ability to maximise their rental income.
- To sell our letting and management service confidently to potential landlords, achieving a minimum of 12 new listings per month, on average.
- To advise landlords on all aspects of compliance.
- To follow up a valuation with a detailed appraisal and keep in regular contact with potential the potential landlord.
- To list properties following instruction with quality photos, videos and property descriptions.
- This job requires a confident, reliable, adaptable and trustworthy person who interacts or converses well on meeting people from all walks of life and able to adapt accordingly to that individual/individuals.
- Full training will be provided
- Hours required:
**Full Time**

Monday: 9am - 5.30 pm

Tuesday: 9 am - 5.30 pm

Wednesday: 9 am - 5.30 pm

Thursday: 9 am - 5.30 pm

Friday: 9 am - 5.30 pm

**Salary: £25k per annum plus fuel mileage and expenses**
