**Your Impact and Responsibilities**:
As a Finance Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:

- Managing the purchase ledger for the distribution center and its outbases (including Northern Ireland, ROI, Scotland, IOM, and IOW).
- Analysing weekly trends and providing insights to the site management team.
- Preparing journals, accruals, and prepayments for period-end management accounts.
- Supporting budget preparation, reforecasting, and KPI metric analysis.
- Providing payroll calculations and variance analysis for management accounts.
- Conducting supplier statement reconciliations and ensuring accurate, timely reporting.
- Reconciling backhaul revenues and ensuring timely reporting and cash collection.

**Skills and Knowledge**:
We are looking for someone who:

- AAT qualified or working towards
- 1-2 years of experience in management accounts or a similar background.
- Possesses strong mathematical and spreadsheet skills.
- Can work independently and use own initiative.
- Has knowledge or experience in distribution, warehousing, and transportation (desirable).
