We are on the hunt for a User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team and take our client user experience to the next level.

What does a UX designer do at Verse?

This is a **remote role** that sits within our ‘Studio’ department and works closely alongside our delivery team on a variety of client projects. This is a new and exciting role created through a recent influx of client work which has allowed us to grow our design team further. You will work alongside a Data Research Analyst, A UI, another UX-er and a graphic designer to complement the full design function.

We are searching for an analytical and creative designer, who is able to curate exceptional user experiences that give our clients a standout effective, efficient and enjoyable digital experience whilst ensuring that their core business goals are fully understood and achieved.

You are passionate about behavioural psychology, data and unearthing deep insight to inform product and creative decisions. You are able to juggle multiple projects at once.

- Lead products and projects from a UX perspective by taking a user-centered approach
- Attend client calls to discuss and understand business strategic goals.
- Present strategy briefs and decks to customers, partners, and colleagues
- Effectively prioritise projects, manage tasks, and communicate with the project management team, delivering projects on time and on budget.
- Formulate concepts and requirements into a strategic roadmap and overall approach (including IA and UX artefacts such as site maps, user journey maps, process flows, user personas, wireframes, and low-fidelity prototypes in order to demonstrate and guide the project vision)
- Balance business strategy with research insights in order to generate unique solutions for our customers’ digital needs.
- Synthesise discovery research into a strategic approach and create deliverables such as strategy briefs and presentation decks to communicate with stakeholders effectively.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure the design and implementation of the product meets the vision of the original intention and business goals
- Identify potential future opportunities through recommended revisions, or improvements for later stages
- Seek to advance UX understanding and provide leadership for UX practices within Verse.
- Work in our company programmes, Figma, Creative Cloud as required
