**Office Administrator - Legal

**Salary**: £20,000 - £23,000
Location: Sheffield City Centre
Holidays: 25 days per annum
Contract: Full Time, Permanent**
**Key responsibilities
**Administration
- Answering all incoming calls to the office and dealing with enquires and queries promptly and professionally
- Recording property enquires on database and send out relevant particulars
- Greeting and dealing with visitors to the Sheffield office
- Uploading press releases to company social media platforms
- Maintaining central property and work-in-progress database
- Managing of supplier contracts. (IT, office equipment, private medical car, car parking etc)
- Booking of any travel and accommodation
- Booking company events - both client and staff events
- Monitoring and ordering of office stationery and consumables
- Any other ad-hoc duties

**Bookkeeping
- Daily Bank reconciliation
- Raise requested sales invoices and recharge invoices
- Input of all signed off purchase invoices
- Set weekly/monthly payment run
- Process credit card statements.
- Process expense claims.
- Send reports out to directors

**Skills and experiences
- Proficient in using Word and Excel
- Experience in using Xero would be desirable
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills
- A keen eye for detail
- A positive, enthusiastic and flexible attitude
