**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee procure-to-pay process within SAP.
- Maintain accurate vendor master data to ensure efficient transactions.
- Convert approved demand into Purchase Orders promptly.
- Structure Purchase Orders to facilitate seamless receipting and invoice matching.
- Manage Purchase Order confirmations from suppliers, ensuring alignment with expectations.
- Proactively resolve purchasing-related invoice queries.
- Effectively interface with internal stakeholders across external vendors, fostering strong working relationships.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in SAP and strong administrative experience.
- Strong structuring of Purchase Orders to facilitate receipting and invoice matching.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to and understanding of compliance with organisational policies and procedures.

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 7 months

**Salary**: Up to £27,000.00 per year
