- **Your Role and What You'll Be Doing**- We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR Operations team at Irwin Mitchell, on a 6 month fixed term contract. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll support aspects of the wider HR Operations team whilst specialising in recruitment coordination to provide comprehensive recruitment and administrative service to the business.
- **What You'll Be Doing**:

- Managing any agency invoices and ensuring these are correct, liaising with agencies in case of any inaccuracies.
- Ensuring adherence to HR compliance by verifying right to work documentation and conducting all required pre-employment checks.
- Effectively communicating with other teams across the business to provide good service delivery and build strong relationships
- Provide wider support to HR Operations projects and initiatives
- You’ll report into one of our HR Operations Team Leaders to provide comprehensive support across the team- **About You**-
- Previous recruitment and/or HR administration experience
- Strong administration skills and able to use excel and word with ease
- Confidence in working independently and making the right decisions based on the situation in front of you with limited information
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Flexible and responsive to changing demands and priorities- **
