At Consult, we are looking to strengthen our organisation by adding the best available talent to our team. We are now seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us source, identify, screen, and hire individuals for various commercial roles in our companyas we move into a period of high growth. This is a key role and will underpin our commitment to becoming a high performing organisation, in this highly significant and exciting chapter for the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify current and future needs
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
- With the LS team, create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the needs for each position
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
- Keep records of all data used for recruitment, including interview notes, to share with key stakeholders to support interviewing/hiring decisions

**Objectives of the Role**:

- Input into overall hiring strategy of the organisation to ensure our team consists of high performing individuals
- Ensure the recruitment needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives and feedback to the LS team relevant market space activity

**About You**:

- Work experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
- Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods including Psychometric testing
- Knowledge of CRM/Applicant Tracking Systems
- A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
