**Position Overview**:
Porsche Centre Wolverhampton is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor Apprentice. This apprenticeship provides a fantastic opportunity to dive into the world of customer service and vehicle maintenance coordination within the automotive industry. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in scheduling service appointments, providing information on available services, and addressing inquiries.
- Greet customers warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive service experience from the outset.
- Act as a liaison between customers and service technicians, clearly communicating vehicle concerns, service needs, and estimated completion times.
- Learn to interpret vehicle maintenance schedules, service manuals, and repair estimates to offer accurate recommendations.
- Coordinate with the parts department to ensure timely availability of necessary components for service appointments.
- Keep customers updated on service progress, including any additional repairs or maintenance discovered during inspections.
- Effectively manage customer complaints and concerns, striving for satisfactory resolutions.
- Utilize computerized systems to input service orders, generate invoices, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Maintain a clean and organized service reception area, fostering a professional and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance customer service skills, product knowledge, and industry awareness.

**Working Schedule**:

- A standard workweek typically consists of 40 hours, scheduled Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, although specific hours may vary based on dealer requirements.
- Approximately 20% of your total hours will be allocated to 'off-the-job' training, which includes a blend of online classrooms and in-person learning in Slough.

**Your Development and Future Prospects**:
All apprentices are employed through our Dealer Network and attend week-long block training at our state-of-the-art Training Centre in Slough. This training is supported by regular coaching visits from experienced mentors, as well as virtual classroom sessions and e-learning modules. We are committed to nurturing your growth throughout your apprenticeship, helping you attain a widely recognized qualification in the automotive industry. This qualification will serve as a stepping stone for your career, opening up numerous opportunities within our expanding Dealer Network. Upon successful completion, you will be well-equipped to advance into new roles.

**Qualification Details**:

- Duration: 12-14 months, culminating in a nationally recognized qualification: Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner.

**Salary**:
Our employers determine the level of pay our learners receive. All employers are required to pay, at least, The National Apprenticeship Wage.

**Entry Requirements**:

- Must be aged 16 or older.
- Achieve Grade C/4 or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).
- A strong interest in learning about the service and maintenance of petrol, diesel, hybrid, and electric vehicles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn from experienced technicians and follow instructions.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are preferred.
