**Job Title: HR Recruitment Assistant**

**Location**:Ipswich, Suffolk

**Salary**:£20,971 - (Pro rated) 18.5 - 25 hours per week (term time only considered)

12 month fixed contract

We are looking for a HR Recruitment Assistant to join our friendly, supportive HR team based at our Head Office in Ipswich. You’ll be responsible for managing the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and supporting our Service Managers and Business Support Assistants through the recruitment processes for their respective services.

The role requires someone who can work Monday to Friday, however hours each day can be negotiable.

**Accountabilities**:

- Keep up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations
- Manage and maintain the ATS system
- Participate as a member of the Leading Lives team, supporting Service Managers and Business Support through the recruitment process
- Work in line with Company policies and procedures
- Develop and update job descriptions and role profiles
- Build and maintain positive relationships with externa agencies and monitor the PSL
- Own the DBS process

**What you need**:

- Effective communication skills across a range of contacts
- Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Good standard of literacy and numeracy
- CIPD Level 3, or working towards
- Excellent eye for detail
- Good working knowledge of IT, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Knowledge of current UK employment law

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 18.5-25 per week

**Salary**: £10.90 per hour
