**Onboarding Executive (Customer Service)**

Novus Pay is an exciting Fintech on a mission to make payment acceptance as easy as possible for businesses all over the UK. We are an independent payments advisor offering guidance on all types of business payment solutions. Our ethos is focused on the merchant and the provision of the best payment solutions according to the business and industry type they operate in. We are independent and work with a wide range of payment service providers and acquiring partners, enabling us to offer a wide range of payment solutions across all sectors.

As a Onboarding Executive, you will work alongside our growing team of industry experts based in our office in Bradford, West Yorkshire with award-winning products. Your role will be to deliver excellent customer service, collect ID and documents and submit relevant information onto our system according to our client onboarding process.
