- Salary: £34,000 plus commission
- Location: Smethwick - Roebuck Lane B66 1BY
- Days of Work: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

- Providing any briefings or communication to the team on any updates, changes or information that may affect them or support them in the delivery of their role.
- Resolution of escalated queries from Telesales Executives
- Review daily calls SLA through Vonage.
- Review daily targets and KPIs through Salesforce, and report stats daily
- Audit checks against the calls with vonage and processes within Salesforce to ensure compliance within the team
- Maintain the field sales to telesales executive alignment
- Complete reviews with the telesales executives - on performance, KPIs and compliance
- Assisting in the training new starters
- Manage day to day activities of the agents, escalating any people issues to the Telesales Manager
**Qualifications**
Due to the nature of our business the ability to thrive in a busy and fast paced environment would be preferred.
Your strong organisational skills and high attention to detail are fully utilised in this role. Alongside these you will need to have;
- The ability to effectively handle challenging conversations and complaints/escalations.
- The ability to train any new starters.
- Ability to analyse data, identify errors and rectify any issues
