PRS Resettlement Support Officer

**Hours**:36.66 per week
**Based**: The Office is based at Civic Centre, West Street, Oldham, OL1 1UT

**Role Overview**:
- Work with households that have been identified as needing resettlement support to maximise tenancy sustainment.
- To help individuals, particularly those in vulnerable situations, secure and sustain suitable private rented accommodation.
- To undertake in-depth assessment using a wide range of assessment tools to understand the root causes of any tenancy sustainment problems.
- To develop jointly with the family/individual an action plan that addresses the root causes of the family or individual’s problems to maximise tenancy sustainment.
- To facilitate or undertake appropriate interventions to support people by identifying and addressing their resettlement needs to ultimately reduce dependency on services.
- To record and collate information on the appropriate systems.
- To run reports that demonstrate performance and positive outcomes relating to individual/family’s tenancy sustainment outcomes.
**Key Requirements**:
