Part Time Administrator

My client based in East Ayrshire are looking for an experienced administrator to join them on a part time basis Hours of Work:
- Mon - Thur 8am - 12pm and a Sunday 12pm - 2pm. The hourly rate of pay is £12.64ph.
This is a temporary role to begin with, however there is a permanent position available for the right person and they would ideally like to start someone immediately.
This will be supporting the purchasing team with all aspects of administration in regards to their supply chain.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Processing of vital documentation for supply chain and completing all relevant checks
- Carrying out customer requests within a timely manner.
- Provide reports as and when required for Procurement department and Senior Management team.
- Support reception cover as and when required
- Ensure that all documentation is saved and actioned in a timely manner
- All other general administration support support for wider team
To be considered you must have a strong administration background and be able to fully support with all of the above. Ideally you will be able to start work immediately.
