**Salary: up to £50,000 (FTE) - pro-rated to £20,000 based on 2 days per week**

**Contract type: Job share / part-time (2 days per week) on a 12-month fixed term contract**

Are you passionate about project management and pharmacy? We're seeking a Project Lead to join our dynamic team and help us put pharmacy at the forefront of healthcare

As our Project Lead, you’ll be working in a job share capacity and hold joint responsibility for the delivery of all aspects of the Pharmacy Delivering a Healthier Wales (PDaHW) workstream.

**Requirements**:

- To provide oversight and secretariat function for one PDaHW Delivery Board meeting per quarter
- To oversee the running of a minimum of four sub-groups which will report into the Delivery Board
- To support the current work of the project team to help set the 2028 goals for the PDaHW workstream
- To co-lead on the communication strategy, which will involve further development of a champions network across Wales
- Develop and deliver a series of professional engagement sessions i.e. learning at lunch, webinars, live Q&As across all settings of the profession.
- Maintain briefings/lines to take on key areas of activity within Pharmacy
- Production of annual report to be submitted to the Welsh Government, the Welsh Pharmaceutical Committee, and shared across wider stakeholders
- To hold overall responsibility for Strategic Recommendations for external partners to help drive forward positive change

**The Team**

You will work closely with the RPS team in Wales, including the Director for Wales, Policy Lead for Wales, Head of External Relations, Business Manager and co-Project Lead.

**How we are currently working**

RPS supports and works in a hybrid way, which means you will be able to work from home, however, on some occasions, there may be an expectation for collaborative face-to-face working, including a willingness and ability to travel within Wales as required.
